David R Parker is the founder, managing director and principal quality consultant of Parker Quality Consultants Limited.
David founded Parker Quality Consultants Limited in 1989 and has been an independent quality consultant ever since.
He has worked with government and private sector clients, designing, implementing, operating and improving their quality management systems. He has helped clients obtain and sustain their ISO 9001 certification.
He is a trained ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor and has conducted over 90 quality audits in the last 10 years. He is also a trained CMMI Lead Assessor.
